Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items and use the prepaid shipping label provided in the portal to drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Store Credit

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, you will receive an electronic gift card via email to use on your next boutique purchase.
